Monday was kind of a hectic day. After picking up Katelyn we met up with Bonnie & Co for some quick tutti frutti. I was killing some time waiting for my friend Janet to call me since she's a dentist and had agreed to look at Tyler's second tooth once her kids woke from nap. After tutti frutti we met up with Christine & Co at the park.
That doesn't even look like Katelyn! Her hair is so long now and light!
Around 5pm we headed over to Janet's. Here's Tyler with one tooth missing. Janet took a look at his loose tooth and said it was super loose and would easily come out. She put some topical on it and Tyler started getting REALLY nervous. She tied some floss around it and BAM out it came. I had tried to pull it out with some floss the night before unsuccessfully. Yay!
Two missing teeth! Perfect timing because I noticed that his permanent teeth were already breaking skin and coming out.
Tuesday morning, before Katelyn started school, we had a quick Trader Joe's stop. They have water play in the Summer and she was ready for some water fun!
Last minute playdates are the best! We had Kumon that afternoon but Tyler finished quick and then we headed over to my friend Linda's place for some Korean BBQ. The boys played happily and Katelyn was happy to hang out with Noemi. Love her home, it's amazing!
Tyler even got a little skateboarding in before we headed home.
After visiting Janet and Linda's house for the first time this week, I was overcome with the need to clean clean clean and purge. I started out with the kids' rooms. The hallway outside their rooms ended up quite a mess but their rooms were clean! I took off Tyler's bedrail (he shouldn't need it any more right?) and put it on Katelyn's crib after taking off her side rail. Their rooms were the only places in the house that I could look at and not feel stressed. I had a goal - purge the WHOLE house!
Wednesday morning Katelyn and I met up with my friend Karis and Christine and their girls for a playdate at Spectrum. The girls played around in the water fountain area, but Katelyn wasn't as into it as I thought she'd be.

Hit up Target to pick up some items and Katelyn had her first ring pop ever. We're not big on candy here, but can't help it that she gets yummy stuff from friends.
Then a last minute yummy Sushi lunch at Wasa sushi. YUM.
Bonnie picked up Tyler on Wednesday from school and I picked up Kendall from school after Katelyn's nap. They were so cute and excited!
Wednesday night was back to school night at Woodbury Elementary. Crystal watched our kids and the Garners at the Garner house. Fun to have Jen in our class, and to hear more about the upcoming year from our teacher Miss Hassine.
The kids had a good time as usual!
Thursday morning Kylee came to drop off KK and they got to run and play around. Lunch at Tender Greens with Bonnie/Christine/Joy. Yum!
Friday - pool date again! There seems to be a lot of pool dates this Summer, even though we're back in school!
Washed the kids real quick at the pool and then headed to dinner with Will and the kids. Anjin! We haven't been here forever, super pricey compared to the AYCE korean BBQ's around here. So yummy though! We only ate there since we were headed to Ikea afterward (remember my deep cleaning?).
Saturday - Basketball again!
And Tyler got his first letter in the mail - from his bff Jordan! Super excited, we need to write back soon. Jordan wrote something like "you are my best friend ever!". Super cute!
