Pool playdate again, and look, Katelyn has her own floatie this time!

Tuesday afternoon started soccer practice for Tyler at 6pm (so late!). The team is almost all friends and they goofed around but still got in some drills. The little sisters all hung out in the tent. It was SO hot.
Tuesday night saketini nights with Yoko! Always need these nights.
With just a couple weeks left before Katelyn started school full-time, and with our Disney passes finally not blocked out, I took Katelyn to Disneyland on Wednesday. IT WAS HOT! But we had a great time, especially since we go RIGHT when they open.

Look how exhausted she is on the tram ride back to the car. Stay awake KK! We rushed to pick up Tyler and then headed home for them to take a nap. Both.
After naps we headed to the pool again with Susy and Linda. Twice in one week? They love it!
Quick impromtu dinner with the Garners that night. The kids had finished eating while we were chatting and they were hanging out at the park.
Thursday morning I finally got a much needed mani pedi. REALLY needed it. Went with mommy friends, nice break from the daily grind!
Tyler's doing better in his 1st grade class, he's gotten his behavior in check - and has been getting shooting star quite a few times. Yay Tyler!
Friday was Miss Hassine's birthday. I had already given $$ to the room mom to contribute to her gift but we had Tyler bring a little orchid anyway. She's super sweet.
I headed to Ikea that morning to do some returns with Katelyn and she got to try out their play area. Wow, I got to do some Ikea shopping without her and it was super relaxed! She had a fun time in there too.
After school Friday Bonnie and I made some sangria, and then we left and came back later in the afternoon to drink it (it needs to steep you know!). Susy and Joy and their family joined us. The husbands were chatting, the kids had pizza and we got to get our drink on. Hah! There was the last day of FNF that evening but we decided to skip since it was SO hot.
Saturday basketball - Tyler is improving!
