happily ever after: Disneyland and Birthday Parties.. (Week 372/234)

Having some car issues this week with the CX-9. Needed new tires and to fix the brakes! Upside is that Will dropped off the kids with me before we took the car in.

Gymnast Katelyn! Did a trial class at Wildfire Gymnastics in Lake Forest and she LOVED it!

Our Disney passes are no longer blocked out! Took Katelyn on Thursday to ride all her favorite little rides. and BOY was it hot! Only went for a few hours but got a lot of rides in.

She slept on the way home and still had energy to hit the pool later that afternoon.

Bumped into friends at dinner that led to an ice cream dessert.

Friday - Tyler had no school so I took both kids to Disney. SO HOT still! Got a ton of rides in too, thank goodness everyone's back in school!

Saturday was a busy busy day. Will took Tyler to our friends' son's first bday party at Knott's Berry Farm. I totally would have gone but they planned it last minute and I had already committed Katelyn to another birthday party.

Saturday afternoon we dropped the kids off and had a fun date night out with our friends Connie/Chi and their couple friend. Went to Laguna Beach for dinner and then to watch an 80s cover band (Flashback Heart Attack). Super fun. I somehow even ended up on stage with the band!
