President's Day week, school was closed on Monday for both kids so we had a quick playdate at the park in the morning followed by another one at the park. Kids love playing with their friends on their days off.
KK and Noemi ordered ice cream at Chick Fil-A by themselves. So mature, aren't they?
New basketball kicks for Tyler. I bought a few different ones on sale at Nordstrom and Tyler chose his favorite (the middle one).
Tuesday was a Disney day for Katelyn and 2 of her ICDC friends Riley and Harmony.
Video of KK at the Phineas & Ferb dance party:
We went on the swinging Ferris Wheel at Ca Adventure for the first time. I was quite scared.
We had to come back in time to get Tyler to basketball practice. These weekly practices have been so fun and helpful, we're very lucky to have one of the dads (Uncle Harry) take his time to work with the kids.
At Will's parent's place, Katelyn modeled one of grandma's LV purses.
We signed up Katelyn for Miteball this season with her friends Thalia and Mason. They had practice for the first time this week. Unfortunately it's at the same time as her ballet practice. Doh! What are the chances? Super cute.

Met up with some ICDC friends for dinner on Friday.
Last basketball game of the season for Tyler on Saturday. He's improved a lot! Go Tyler!
End of the season party afterward at Lampost Pizza.
Dinner for Will's Dad's birthday at Bandera on Saturday night.
Headed to our new friends Pauline/Sunny's home afterward for a last minute get together. They have two boys but Katelyn still had a great time!
Sunday morning playdate at the park with Katelyn and her new Montessori friends. It's been kind of slow for her to make close friends here after so many years at ICDC. This is her and Alyssa, super cute and sweet girl. Unfortunately there's another girl at the school who's kind of used to being the queen bee (she's 5!) and not such a fan of Katelyn and her strong personality. Ugh.
Birthday party that afternoon at Color Me Mine for Madelyn, a friend from Montessori. They used to hang out more but now they are in different classes. Her mom Margaret is super nice though!
And lastly a video of KK reading Cat in the Hat at bedtime:
