happily ever after: happy new years eve!

happy new year's eve! with the new year coming up, I felt a need to start fresh - starting with this blog! I was thinking about starting another one, but I really do like the 'kathyandwill' address so its staying and everything else is moved. Feels nice to be able to start fresh and clean. :)

2006 was a great year for Will and I. What did we do this year... oh yes, we went to New York and had a blast! And of course we went snowboarding too - mammoth and tahoe! I got to visit China and Hong Kong and fly business class back (without paying for it of course!)! hehe. We had some great fun trips to Vegas where I got lucky at the slot machines! oh yes, we saw Les Miserables and Wicked (yay!). lots of fun times with friends for happy hours too! I think most of the year was helping Kareen plan her amazingly beautiful wedding - it was nice because Kareen/Andy came down lots! not sure how much we'll see of them this year. boo!

the holidays have been great this year - spent Thanksgiving in Houston with the entire family - first time where all 4 of us kids are all married! That was super fun. Christmas we had a family reunion with my uncles/aunts and our cousins - its definitely been a while since we did that. Everyone is all grown up now! My grandfather had 5 sons + 1 daughter - three of them live in southern Cailfornia (they're the ones we grew up with).
