Tuesday morning Tyler hung out with his BFF Jordan (and their nanny) while Bonnie and I did some shopping for family photo clothing at Mission Viejo Mall. They had a great time, even caught some bugs!
Look who's still sleeping when I went to pick her up. She is in an absolutely horrid mood when this happens. I shudder when I see her still asleep!
Hung out with the in-laws before Soccer practice that night.
Wednesday - playdate at Playland! Thank goodness Katelyn was in school. Started out great with Tyler and Jordan playing together. Then near the end Tyler and one of his other friends totally got into it. OMG worst nightmare ever. Tyler is so sensitive and when he thinks that he's in trouble he totally just gets upset and yells and cries. Even if he didn't do anything wrong. Frustrating. FRUSTRATING!
Thursday - Disneyland day again for Tyler. Gotta really get the most out of my Disney passes! In and out and painless.
Headed to ballet that afternoon, the boys were happy to hang out and play their electronic devices.
Katelyn needs some work with her phonetics. She wrote this as 'auntie kathy and uncle Will'. Not bad?
Some more quality time with the inlaws.
Urban Plates! I like this restaurant. Will met up with Tyler/I for lunch on Friday. Then I took Tyler to Boomers. He attempted the rock climbing wall, and got farther than I expected. :)
Fun day with Tyler - got some good one-on-one time.
Friday afternoon was Katelyn's Open House for school. Super cute, she was so excited to show us all the cool things that she does every day. Numbers, pictures, letters, etc. Love this school.

And then dinner with my friend Ann at a sushi place in Costa Mesa. Yum!
Saturday is our family photo day! Had a rather relaxing morning and then got the kids ready for their photos. We headed down to Victoria Beach in Laguna to meet our photographer. It was very sandy. We're not really beach people, but it was a beautiful backdrop.
Afterward we took the kids to dinner at my favorite favorite prime rib place - Five Crowns! The kids were well behaved and I inhaled my prime rib. I want more now just thinking about it.
And then, another treat afterward, ice cream at Sprinkles! So cold. What a nice lovely day. Love these nice family days.
Sunday. Tyler had Chinese school and Will/I took Katelyn to Daiso and Bruxie for lunch. So much easier with just one kid in tow sometimes. No fighting between kids!
After Chinese school, Tyler had a basketball game. I don't go often since Katelyn is napping at this time.
That night we had dinner with my in-laws at the Cheesecake Factory at the Spectrum. They're heading out on a long China trip.
Perfect way to end the week - moms night out at CPK with delicious sangrias! I got a ride from a friend which was WONDERFUL!
