21 weeks!

Hm, so what went on this week... not much! Will is finally getting over the cold he caught during Thanksgiving, but he still has a lingering cough. I'm super paranoid about Tyler catching something, and I make Will wash his hands constantly. As a result, his fingers are all dry and cracked. Oh well. Last week was our first semi-normal week - no nanny issues or anything! I got to be productive at work and everything! :)

This pass weekend the in-laws came to visit (they just got back from a European cruise). We had hot pot at our place - we have one of those pots that has a divider - which is perfect so Will and his parents can put all the mushroom/tofu they want on their side and my side stays nice and yummy. It would have been perfect, except Will's mom put some tofu on my side near the end! Blech!! For those of you that don't know - I am DEATHLY mentally allergic to tofu and mushrooms! Will's parents bought Tyler this adorable hat/scarf set from Italy. It was really adorable, except the hat was a little too big and kept covering Tyler's eyes.
Here's Tyler and his grandpa!
Our first stop was a tree lot near us (across from Yogurt Land) - my gosh were they expensive! We then headed to Costco to consider a fake tree, but dang they were like $300 bucks! Our next stuff was thankfully our last - Lowe's! We went in to look at their artificial trees but found out they were selling real ones too - for MUCH cheaper! We ended up with the great ~7 ft noble fir tree (I'm not such a fan of the douglas ones for so reason). I don't think we've ever had a tree that big before, we definitely didn't seem to have enough lights/decorations!
Before:
After! (please ignore the crooked tree topper!)
With Tyler's new hat from Italy being too large, it got me thinking how cold his head must be normally! So, in the meantime, he'll be wearing this hat - its a cat! It was $18 retail at carter's. Who would pay that much for a kid's hat!! Thank goodness it was on sale...
A big thing happened this week... we put away clothes that Tyler can't fit anymore! Ok, so he probably could fit into them, but they'd be REALLY tight. It was bittersweet folding up the newborn/0-3 month clothes, but inevitable. Heck, I've got Tyler wearing 9 month clothing already!
Tyler's busting out of his little tommy hilfiger button up.
Oh yes, and we also took Tyler to take some photos for our Christmas card this year. We were going to wait until his 5 month photos (this coming up Friday) but we get the taken at JC Penney's and their turnaround time is 2 weeks!! So we stopped by KiddieKandids at Babies'R'Us to get a free 8x10 that I had a coupon for. Tyler was in SUCH a great mood in his Santa costume, that, if possible, I think he might have been TOO smiley! Every picture he seemed to have a huge grin! :) I bought this costume over Thanksgiving - and good thing we put it on now because I'm pretty
sure he won't be able to fit into it by the time Christmas rolls around!
Here's Will and Santa Tyler and Elf Mojo. hahah, I totally cracked up at this picture.
Here's Tyler's 21 week Santa bear picture!
We were at Costco (they had Cheesecake factory cheesecake samples!) and Tyler fell asleep while I carried him in the Bjorn.
Oh and of course can't forget our weekly Yogurt Land trip!
Until next week! Look for Christmas cards in the next few weeks (assuming we get around to getting them done that is!).
